Emotions are part of our everyday lives. Sometimes, it can feel like our feelings control how we think and act to the point where we feel like we're not in control. Experiencing and expressing emotions are integral parts of life. We mostly ignore our fluttering feelings, abandoning oneself into loneliness, thinking it would make life more easier and stronger. Containing an emotion without expressing will make you struggle. If it's ok to laugh when happy, then it's ok to cry when sad.
